For every Windows user, I recommend some good applications which are :

• doing well in the tasks as they promised, and nothing else;
• legitimate and no virus / Trojan Horse infected;
• light weight;
• not gonna ask you to upgrade or full of advertisements;
• portable / greenware that do not require installation;
• last but not least, FREE!

CSVed, a really good editor for Comma or Tab separated text, which saves my day at work!
